I can’t speak highly enough of Rachel Bailey and her Team at Belle Property Hunter Valley. We were in a time crunch as our former house sold on 23rd December. We had inspected the new property and loved it and we made an offer on Boxing Day…a Public Holiday. We weren’t expecting a reply, but we were incredibly surprised that Rachel not only replied, but we had secured the purchase by about 10:30am! Rachel was able to guide us on the fastest way to get a building and pest inspection done too. Every part of the purchase process was seamless, despite being the traditional Holiday Closure.
