Rachel has been amazing. This isn't the first time we have worked with her and her standards, work and friendliness has been amazing every single time. Nothing is to hard and she is always willing to go the extra mile to make it work for all parties. We are both shift workers and Rachel has always been great in taking late night text and calls and working between the 2 of us when one of us isn't available or can't get to the phone. If we ever need to go through real estate again, Rachel will be our first and only call.

It was good to have my story and expectations listened to without the bombardment of what I should be doing. I put my cards on the table and then Belle Property met the requirements. No coersion and no "you should do this and you should do that" I had the support from Belle that expanded on my expectations. I was listened to and they then made good use of their resources to secure a sale that I am pleased with. I also would like to point out that Belle Property was recommended by a competitor agent. An agent that has a branch a few doors down on the street of my employment. The fact that they didnt reccomend their own branch speaks volumes. I also was impressed by the local knowledge of the area when it came to real estate sales. The sales trends and comparisons were on point. Realistic is what we need when buying or selling.
