We presented Rachel with a pole home on an elevated, sloping plot surrounded on three sides by wild Queensland. Our home was a labour of love with stunning views over Cairns and beyond. Only when we came to sell did we find that some structures didn’t have Council approval (not uncommon in this area) and Rachel worked hard to keep the purchasers on-side whilst giving us advice on how to go about getting the necessary work done to get the house through all the various surveys.
