We are extremely grateful for Rachels help in securing a buyer for our unit in Trinity Beach. She always kept us informed on the progress of the sale and it was extremely refreshing to deal with such a transparent, helpful and speedy agent. Thanks again Rachel, it was a pleasure to deal with you.

Rachel performed extensive pre-sale research and was comprehensive in her presale advice. She prepared the property perfectly and the initial reaction from buyers supported her actions.

I am not the best person to write this....I have nothing to really compare it to. The communication was easy and I always got what I needed. Just happy thank you

Thank you to all the team at Twomey Schriber for managing our property, ensuring the tenant had an easy transition, and getting the house prepared for sale, and achieving a successful outcome. Our warmest cheers to each and everyone of you.

We have recently sold 2 properties with Rachel both resulting in completely different experiences, one straight forward and one with many challenges. In both cases Rachel conducted herself professionally with a high level of service. She was always contactable and extremely pro active in sorting out any issues as they arose. She constantly communicated with all parties to ensure our sales got to completion and was very supportive in helping us navigate difficulties. We would definitely use Rachel again as our agent and recommend her very highly to prospective sellers and buyers alike.

From start to finish Rachel Blok was a true professional, and was a real pleasure to do business with. She made the purchase of my property a very smooth acquisition. If I ever needed any questions answered, she was more than approachable and did her very best to get back to me in prompt fashion. A lovely genuine person who wants the best for her clients.

We were well and truely pleased with Rachel’s service. Selling a house from another town can be daunting, but when we signed Rachel to manage the sale she took all the worries from our hands. She gave us pre sale tips and advice, helped the tenants style the house for photos and open days. She went above and beyond our expectations. We were also grateful for the fast sale and above listing price she achieved for us . Rachel you a Real Estate Queen . 👑

Rachel demonstrated excellent knowledge of the local housing market and provided thoughtful advice and suggestions to maximise potential interest in my property.

I'm not a great believer in reviewing people's work but, I do believe in rewarding excellence. Rachel is the epitome of professionalism and deserves the accolade. Well done Rachel. Catherine and I thank you for the effort and it is always good to meet and know people dedicated to doing a good job. Kind regards.
