We found Rachel to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional, we inspected the property on three occasions and one of these it was an impromptu trip yet Rachel was punctual and arrived within 15 minutes of our arrival, given she was busy we found this impressive as we did not know what her schedule was for the day.
