Very approachable. Provided feedback and was quick to respond to any concerns. Once decision made to buy property Rachel organised contracts to be signed and completed within a few days. However, as I wanted vacant possession of property, there is a long settlement date unless the tenant finds accommodation earlier, so as yet I don't have my hands on the keys!
