This is my fourth transaction through Rachel, once again, the process was seamless. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. On a Saturday morning I called Rachel to ask if I could get through this property as soon as possible as it was just put online and I received an email alert from Rachel notifying me that it had gone up for sale and I really wanted it, we arranged the inspection for Saturday morning, we viewed it, made an offer straight after and we entered into negotiations. Later on I ended up securing the property and it was very exciting. It seemed so easy being able to look at the property straight away after having dealt with many other agencies in the past who weren’t able to show me through at suitable times. Being an out of area buyer from Melbourne, sometimes the challenging part is being able to view properties at unusual times as it’s tricky to get to traralgon sometimes. Because Rachel was able to accomodate a viewing time for us at this time it meant that we were able to buy something while we were in town.
