A relaxed no pressure and comfortable purchase

Rachel has been very easy to deal with and totally makes the experience of property purchase pressure free (as it should be). We were comfortable inspecting the property and never felt pressured to hurry up. She answered and gave information on everything she could and came back to us with answers promptly that she couldn't directly answer. She spent almost three hours with us in the cold of winter (when she was sick) as we chatted to the seller on our final inspection of the property and not once hurried us up.
