I really appreciated Rachel's professionalism and efficiency throughout the negotiation process. She was readily available and always called me back with answers to any questions I had. The one disappointment was that a clothesline was included in the contract, which both parties signed, and there was not actually a clothesline on the property. The best part about dealing with Rachel, was her ability to appreciate and share my excitement. The small things, like putting the Sold sticker on the board, were treated as important. Thank you!
