Rachel helped the reviewer buy this property

Rachel has a calming and relaxed style while keeping on top of issues, very professional.

From my first enquiry, Rachel was extremely helpful with details and history of the property and arranged a personal viewing with owners present at my request. This was very helpful to us given we currently live 2 hours away and after a long chat about the property with the owners resulted in the fast sale we were seeking. Subsequent due diligence was speeded through with endless patience and courtesy. We are very happy to secure this property on the timescale we had and consider this a very pleasant experience buying our family home. Sally and I both thank Rachel for being part of this.
