Living in Melbourne, buying in Brisbane was always going to be a little more difficult. My experiences up till dealing with Rach were not great. Only 2 out of every 10 requests for more information through the realestate website would ever be responded to (email back if lucky, but definitely added to their mailing list for property you are not interested in). 5 months later, I sent another enquiry on a property and within 15 minutes Rach contacted me (by PHONE!). Finally an agent I could connect with! Always professional, a very good listener. She identified what I was after (and noted what I wasnt interested in). More importantly she followed up (rare in QLD) with both her 'to do' list, and also with my progress regarding decision making on the property of interest. Genuine to talk to and always happy to listen without trying to over sell the property. She was prepared, organised and always available. Brilliant.
We had the daughnting prospect of purchasing a property from interstate made extremely easy with the help of Rachel. Rachel did an excellent job in helping my husband and myself into our new home. She was professional and helpful every step of the way, and kept us up to date and informed consistently. We had a tricky situation with the transition in the sense that we needed to sell our current home to move to Norman Park.
