Where do we start with Rachel! From the moment I arrived at the open home I was impressed, all my questions were answered and Rachel made me feel like I was the only buyer at the open home although it was crawling with prospective buyers. Rachel is warm, honest and informative. Any questions or issues we had were sorted immediately and nothing was too much trouble. Over a 3 week period Rachel stayed in touch and assured us if any offers came in she would let us know. We were lucky enough to secure the property in question prior to Auction and Rachel made a stressful time relaxing by always letting us know the next steps and keeping us in the loop. We are now 3 weeks away from our move and she is providing great removalist contacts to make our life easier; who does that! Rachel has an amazing feel for the Norman Park groove having lived in and around the area for more than a decade. From start to finish the polished approach she brought to the marketing, open house and sale - ensured she hit an excellent balance and produced a dynamic sale which was on the money.
We chose to sell our house through Rachel as we had experienced working with her on a house we were looking to purchase (but eventualy didnt). During this initial experience we appreciated her upfront refreshing honesty. When we engaged her to sell our property this was always the case, she had no hidden agendas and always had our best interest at heart. We never had reason to second guess what Rachel was communicating to us, and this was a really comforting feeling to have when going through a time which can be stressful and highly emotional. There were ups and downs along the emotional rollercoaster but Rachel was able to get a result for us that we were happy and comfortable with, and in a short period of time which we were very thankful for.
