I'd used NGU to sell another property and had very good results there too so it didn't take long to decide who to go with on this occasion and I wasn't disappointed. Rachel has a strong understanding of the area, has a large client list of prospective buyers so the house wasn't on the market very long. Rachel assisted where required in getting the house up to code ready for sale with trades and contractors willing to take on works at short notice to make the sale and in the end I was very happy with the agreed amount. Kapil was great when selling our property. He made life so easy and took care of everything. From start to finish Kapil was very transparent and went out of his way to find buyers.
