The second sale I literally handed the keys to Rachel and said I don't want to know about it until Auction day, whilst she had to communicate the offers, it was great to hand it over and not think about it for the duration of the campaign. I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel to anyone and in fact have already recommended her to family.
