Rachel was amazing from the get go at keeping me informed, recommending different options and strategies, being flexible around marketing and not over bearing me with comms. Her cheerful demeanour is next level and was just a pleasure to deal with and worth every cent ! I have certainly learnt from experience that you don’t compromise on agents for their commission - like always you get what you pay for !
