Rachel is a consummate professional, she returned queries within a 24 hour timeframe, all of our queries were responded to within a two hour window and in the format that suited us best at our end, be it sms, email and/or telephone call. She was genuine, considerate and listened to exactly what we wanted. Unable to view the house in person, Rachel adapted the viewing via FaceTime and was considerate in the tour which ensured we could see the curb side appeal, state and measurements of the property including any finite detail we cared to preview.
