Laminate floors in good condition when first inspected property, on final inspection floors were trashed by dogs scratching floors. Rachel informed us that mopping would fix it…ummm no! The seller agreed to to fix this before settlement, and now after settlement we have shiny finish with undertone of dog hair, now need to replace floor. The whole process as a buyer with Rachel, would not recommend.
