Settlement did not go as planned and if it was not for Ned I would not have known what was going on and would have felt a lot more anxious than I did. Her good humour, her commitment, her professionalism, went beyond what would be reasonable to expect. I have nothing but praise for her.

As someone that suffers from anxiety, Rachel was very considerate of my condition and always tried to assist me in every way she could during the course of the sale of the property. There was never a time where I felt as though I was merely just a client to her, but more like a longtime friend. Rachel always ensured that I was updated regularly even if there was no interest in the property and there was no time that I was not able to contact her or have her get back to me quickly even on trivial matters.
