Absolute 5 star service all the way with Ned! Knowledgeable, friendly, organised, efficient and great communication throughout the entire process. Could not recommend her and her team highly enough, helpful beyond measure. Thank you so much once again. See you next time Ned!
Could not recommend Rachel more highly, she is knowledgeable, Friendly, a complete professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Made the whole experience exciting and enjoyable. Goes over and above for both buyer and seller, which is not easy. Thanks Rachel
As someone that suffers from anxiety, Rachel was very considerate of my condition and always tried to assist me in every way she could during the course of the sale of the property. There was never a time where I felt as though I was merely just a client to her, but more like a longtime friend. Rachel always ensured that I was updated regularly even if there was no interest in the property and there was no time that I was not able to contact her or have her get back to me quickly even on trivial matters.
Her local knowledge was the reason we went with Ned. Has a great sense of community values & seems to really care. We got the exact buyer we wanted in an incredible short time.
Well! What can we say to best describe how thrilled we are with Ned’s involvement in helping us find the best property to suit our needs. As investment buyers, needing to make our money work for us, she listened to our list of requirements and budget restraints. It did not take Ned long to ascertain what we were after and to match us with the ideal property. We could not be happier with her understanding of the market and her professional approach to her work. And ... let us not forget her caring attitude to all parties involved and consistently cheerful demeanour. As buyers from out of the area, our only sorrow is that we do not know anyone in the Bunbury/Collie area to whom we can recommend her services!
Rachel was fantastic to deal with when we sold our home, always kept in touch to let us know each step in process of selling our home. Rachel went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Ned was always available for us to talk to, if not responded quickly. Thanks for working with us on getting the property sold
House was practically sold before it went on the market. Sold in 2 week settlement in a month.
'Ned' is extremely friendly and down to earth agent. She gave us a realistic but fantastic figure from the home appraisal and did not bring us a written offer until it was met. If you're looking for a real estate agent you can have a laugh with and ease the stresses associated with buying/ selling then Ned is your agent.
Ned was professional, friendly and easy to deal with.
If you want a seller that is compassionate, considerate and just on the ball then Ned will go above and beyond for you! She will make sure you’re updated on absolutely everything, she won’t spin you stories just facts! She’s done the job that the two other “competitors” if we can call them that couldn’t do! She sold my house “at asking price I might add” you won’t go wrong with Ned!
Ned was great, she went above and beyond to help us sell our house! Thanks Ned
