I was very pleased with Rachel and Woodards in general. As a person who had previously received poor advice and service from an agent I was nervous and somewhat skeptical. As I live in rural Victoria, 300 km from the sale property, I relied heavily on Rachel and the Woodards team to conduct the inspections and deal with all of the inquiries.
