The thing that Vendors/Sellers miss, is that they have a duty to have a Form 2 available at the time of listing, so the Agent can legally prepare a Contract of Sale for signature when the right buyer comes along, without a Form 2 the Agent is powerless to proceed legally to Contract Stage. It is time the importance of this document was highlighted.

Rachel went the extra mile in everything from finding buyers to helping locate local tradies to do repairs and painting etc I cannot recommend Rach and the team at Elders realestate enough.
