When I set out to sell my property, I had 3 agents come in to discuss the potential sale. One talked about how good he was, one thought his agency spoke for itself and then there was Rachele. The first contract was cancelled by the buyer at 4pm on a Friday. By 5pm on the same Friday, Rachele had a new buyer and new signed contract in place on improved terms and conditions.
