Raduz Rudinkin had the task of selling our 6 acres and house on the top of a hill on our property. The slope of the hill made the task a little difficult as people with horses wanted flat ground to enable them to put an arena for training their horses. Raduz however was always cheerful and confident he would make a sale and came for a full hour most saturday mornings for an open house inspection and a friendly chat between inspections.
