We interviewed three agents before deciding on Rae. She stood out with her enthusiasm and confidence that we had a house that people would want to buy. This gave us confidence that we had presented the house right and if we priced it sensibly, we could move on to our next home without the sale of our present home dragging us down. Rae is all about communication. Communicating to the seller what is happening and what needs doing. Her ability to gain rapport with buyers is very good and she is able to engender that emotional connection that a buyer sometimes needs.
