Raj was very good with me , selling my property at a good price . He is very friendly.

We were happy with Raj and Impact properties, we got a great price, in a extremely quick process. With absolute minimal fuss.

Mr Raj was more than helpful in finding us house in Bonner. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Thank you Mr. Raj 🙏

Raj Sahu was the real estate agent in the recent sale of our house. We always found Raj to be helpful and polite. He helped us enormously with all matters to do with the sale. His honesty and realistic guidance through the process was much appreciated. We found Raj to be professional with good judgement and very sensible. It was a pleasure to have Raj as our real estate agent as he made the process smooth and stress free.

I’m a buyer, talked to several agents and made several reasonable offers before this one, the customer service was not desirable. With Raj, we went to the inspection with little time before the auction and they effectively liaises with seller and I, also arranged solicitor in such a short time to get the ball rolling. I’m impressed by their professionalism displayed. Highly recommended!

Raj did a fantastic job with the sale of our property. From the start he was able to guide us through the process, gave us tips on what we needed to do to present our house in the best possible way. He worked really hard to make sure we had great interest for the inspection time.We highly recommend Raj.

Thank you Raj for all your assistance. You have kept me informed each step of the process. You turned a challenging situation into a seamless experience. You are professional and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. I believe that you went above and beyond for the vendor and me ( purchaser) . Words cannot express my gratitude.

Raj is one of the most genuine and professional real estate agents I’ve come across. He really went above and beyond to get me the information I needed and assist with a seamless purchase. Even after the sale had been made he took the time to let me into the property so I could take measurements before my settlements. Seriously one of a kind and an excellent agent! I will strongly recommend Raj for First Home buyers .

Raj enabled both the seller (me) and the purchasers (first home buyers) to negotiate a "fair deal" for my property. Everything was handled very professionally and without any hassles. Would recommend Raj highly to anyone considering using his knowledge and services

Can not speak high enough of Raj and his team!! From meeting Raj to the completion of our property sale Raj and his team have been nothing short of perfection. Communication was exceptional, understanding where the process was up to was always informed to us. Sale price was above our expectation. We can not recommend Raj enough a true pleasure to work with.
