Good communication between client.

Raj was the agent selling the property I recently purchased in the City of Canberra. Raj was always very prompt and direct in answering any questions we had. If there were any questions he didn't have an immediate answer to he took efforts to find an answer. Raj was also very helpful during the settlement process in organising a few things which needed addressing.

Thank you Raj for all your help. I am so grateful for the work you’ve done. It was the best decision to have you as my agent and couldn’t be happier with the way everything worked out :)

I bought a property through the impact agency’s with mr Raj assistance He is very professional and has an excellent experience I was happy to deal with him and very satisfied about the effort that he did to make the things going easily and fluently I will definitely contact him in the future if I need an agency consult.

Raj took personal care in following up leads and presentation of my property to the market.

Attentive, very helpful, and a good adviser for new home buyers. He helped me throughout the process and gave good suggestions at the right time. Thank you so much for your valuable help and time during the purchase and processing period.
