Fairly easy to deal with, and quite prompt in replies. Only downside was the $1,000 holding deposit; Agents legally must inform vendors of any offers presented to them, I signed an official offer which formed part of the contract, and was still told to pay a holding deposit. The Agents also kept gazumping to push the price up; this was an unpleasant experience, it may fool your first home buyer, but definitely not those that are well informed of the property market and prepared with multiple property purchases. However, they are prompt to reply and answer any questions and are quite friendly people whom are always willing to assist.
