We had a smooth transaction with Rakesh Wadhwa. The reason I have rated him 2.5 stars for negotiation is because we weren't given any scope for negotiating as buyers as it's a sellers market. We were made to pay a couple grand more than originally agreed. So probably he would be 5 stars in all areas for the vendors. Overall. Excellent service. Very professional. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommended.
