I found Ratio was only good at following up with me before I sign up to sell my property! I have chosen her because her quoted commission was more competitive than other agencies, knowing that my property would be selling itself! But after I signed it over to sell with them, I didn’t hear much from her anymore! I had to follow up with them all the time. Luckily my property got sold within days with only one open home! I must say she probably has some negotiation skills, as she did a good job in getting me a good selling price in the end! I found Ratio was not a very professional Real Estate agent as she wasn’t even keen to meet with me! We haven’t even met in person! Even after the sale of property! I know most Agents would have celebrated with sellers with some flowers or wine, but she only did it with a phone call! I would not recommend her if the property is not in a demand location and takes time to sell!

I appreciate everything Ratio did for me. She understood my situation and worked hard to fulfill my expectations. Her communication, market knowledge and negotiation skills were excellent. Ratio and everyone working with her were professional, helpful and easy to get along with. I would recommend Ratio as an outstanding realtor.
