Good communication and negotiation

Ray was a great agent for our sale in Point Cook. From the Vendor’s perspective he provided good communication at all stages of the sale and was able to negotiate the best price in a short time. He has a good network of maintenance people, gardeners, conveyancers etc and was able to organise pre sale works on the property with minimal input, making the whole process very easy for us.
