Energetic, highly organized and a great communicator, Ray Harb is passionate about working in real estate in Point Cook, Seabrook and Sanctuary Lakes. Ray attended St Paul's College in Altona North before studying business and marketing at VUT and has lived in the Inner West for over 20 years; this gives him an unrivalled understanding of the local property market and a rare insight into the community. “I know that people have a lot of emotion tied to their homes. That's why I pay so much attention to understanding my clients' needs when they approach me to buy or sell a home.” Ray grew up playing football and cricket. He represented his cricket team at the highest level. He is still involved with the Williamstown Colts Cricket Club but due to his passion for real estate he now spends his weekends opening houses for inspections rather than opening the batting for his cricket club. There is no doubt that Ray is definitely making runs in the real estate industry and he attributes some of his success to his competitive nature and ability to work as a team player, skills he acquired on the sports field. Ray also contributes to the West Point Soccer Club Point Cook and Point Cook 'Power” Basketball club. “I understand how hard it is for local sports clubs to grow and there's nothing that makes me happier than seeing kids do well in sport.” He continually strives for excellence and client satisfaction and his motivation and expert communication skills ensure he gets great results. “Working for the Barry Plant Group has certainly been a positive experience and broadened my ambitions in my Real Estate career. A very successful outcome

A strong professional attitude from Ray with plenty of enthusiasm to sell our property. Very knowledgeable about the current market conditions. He gave a good market estimate which was very close to the eventual sale price. He quickly responded to our questions and concerns.
