When it come to selling your most valuable asset, one has to do some serious dogging to find the best and most suited estate agent that could market your property. After having listed my beautiful home in Point Cook with another real estate agent that promised the world and delivered absolutely nothing. Ray Harb came to the rescue for the second time. The first time was back in 2012 where he sold my property in Howards Way, Point cook. The difference between Ray Harb and the rest of the other rest estate agents is that he cleverly study the type of property of sale and brilliantly mirrors the right kind of professions toward that property. I also found Ray Harb super easy to deal with the no bull in sooo much details about the flow of people coming to view my property, but rather attracts and follow up those that are genuinely interested in my property. He was the only agent to get offer and close to what the market value was offering. I say, Ray Harb is an honest, genuine person that looks at the client as if it was a family member. Have great respect, solid moral standards and would not leave a stone unturned until he finds the right buyer. A legend in the business where others are simply interest in commission.
