I engaged Ray, due to hearing good things and having a friend using him to sell their place, and it was the best choice I could of made selling my property in Macgregor. Ray listed the expectations of the property and things that needed improvement to get the best price we could. I bought a property off-plan when I was in a strong financial position. The unexpected happened which was completely out of my control. I called upon Ray Moon and his team in a situation where I knew I could not settle in time. After the broker gave me the shattering news that I would not be able to settle I was facing a loss of my hard earned deposit. I told Ray Moon about my personal situation. He met me and I knew post meeting that I was with the right team. He drew up the facts and numbers for me, explained each step and what my best option was. He recommended the on-sell and took on the project to sell in under a month. Ray executed the project with success even with extra hurdles. The property could not be shown to anyone physically so they had to sell it `second hand`off-plan although it had been built. I received updates regularly even from Ray´s boss, once even on a weekend, late in the evening to keep me completely in the loop about someone interested in the property. Every interaction was respectful, honest and on point. It sold and I could not be happier. The unit did not have a big profit margin on it for Ray. He could have put me on the bottom of his priority pile, but they all worked together to help me through.
