Ray was on point from the beginning. The set sale price was achieved and the timeframe was good considering a slow period over the holidays.
Sales process was okay, but whole package very disappointing and unprofessional. Would never recommend. We had to make numerous calls to receive the balance of the deposit funds and outstanding rents. Two weeks after settlement funds were still outstanding. Think twice before using Ray White Cairns.
