We wanted to purchase a property and also were selling a property, we met Ray while viewing a property to purchase, he listened to our needs and quickly realised that the property we were viewing was not quite what we were looking for, there was no pressure, just good conversation, we purchased another property the same day (through Barry Plant but not Ray), we kept in touch with Ray and let him know when we were ready to sell our other property (approx. 2 months) He listened to our situation and provided great advise based on the current market, he is as attentive to both vendor's and purchaser's, we took his advice for the campaign and had an excellent result, we would highly recommend Ray whether selling or purchasing.
