When asked about the new development close by, he knew all the details (which I verified later and all matched when I did my own research). Overall we had a great buying exp, we were kept up to date on progress. Would happily recommend Raymond and the team.
There was lack of communication and weak follow up by the agent. Pending items in the contract needs constant calls & emails reminders. More importantly - there were unnecessarily confidential information of ours divulged on FB and Google review which reflects the degree of customer centricity that he upholds.
He knows what to do, and gives the best in his job. He is very responsive, excellent communication.

As a foreigner, a non- Australian resident with little knowledge of Melbourne property market, I was very lucky to have Raymond and his team as my agent. I was unable to come to Melbourne early to prepare the house for sale due to health issue. Through their extra efforts, the house underwent a facelift and turned into a lovely, warm and cozy home again.
