When asked about the new development close by, he knew all the details (which I verified later and all matched when I did my own research). There was lack of communication and weak follow up by the agent. Pending items in the contract needs constant calls & emails reminders. More importantly - there were unnecessarily confidential information of ours divulged on FB and Google review which reflects the degree of customer centricity that he upholds.
