The property was tenanted and needed some repairs prior to putting on the market, which Rebecca managed flawlessly. Selling my rental was a breeze. Not because i don’t live in Perth. Not because i work fifo. It was because of Bex. Nothing was too hard for Bex we have an agent for life now. From organising trades and letting them in house. To getting cleaning and weeding sorted nothing was too hard. House was sold quickly and well above what we thought we would get. I work FIFO, and they ensured all communication was open and efficient, even following up with text messages to ensure my partner and I were aware of what was happening and we were happy.
