We live in Melbourne and were recently looking for an agent to sell our investment property in Joondalup. We started to research local agents and then a friend recommended Rebecca, so we gave her a call. Immediately we were impressed by Rebecca’s approach to how she would market the property compared to what other agents were indicating so we engaged her to sell ours. The property was tenanted and needed some repairs prior to putting on the market, which Rebecca managed flawlessly. We had a difficult tenant but nothing was too much trouble from Rebecca ( including working with our management agent) with repairs completed and property on the market within a couple of weeks. With regard to the expected selling price, other agents (after inspecting the property) had indicated a price range, however Rebecca felt she could do better through her marketing strategy. Bottom line is the place sold within a couple of weeks and we achieved over $100k more than other agents had indicted. Selling my rental was a breeze. Not because i don’t live in Perth. Not because i work fifo. It was because of Bex. Nothing was too hard for Bex we have an agent for life now. From organising trades and letting them in house. To getting cleaning and weeding sorted nothing was too hard. House was sold quickly and well above what we thought we would get.
