We were extremely dissatisfied with the experience we had as a buyer. We expected a level of communication and professionalism, but she fell short of it. From starting with making a big mistake in the contract ( which we had to suffer at the end ) to ending with no communication on handing over the keys. As a buyer, everyone will expect some level of professionalism like, to provide the keys at the day of settlements, take some initiative (if on leave the ask another agent on her behave) to meet the buyer at the property to handover to keys. To collect the keys, we had to go to seller’s rental agent, which was another 20 -25min away from the house. At the end, as a buyer, you expect at least a “Welcome” token from the agent after all this but nothing. We had heard really good things about the “Place” real estate, but this is how they provide their services, we will have to think twice next time before we make any decision.
This is the second property that we sold with Rebecca leading the charge. Another fantastic result achieving a sale price that was above expectation and in a concise period of time.
