Rebecca was truly exceptional and the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She made the entire process of selling our property smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Her professionalism and work ethic are remarkable. Rebecca's marketing strategy was impressive; we received multiple offers in just a few days! She was always available to answer our questions and provided invaluable advice. Thanks to her dedication, we sold our home quickly and at a fantastic price. I highly recommend Rebecca to any prospective sellers.

Rebecca is very knowledgeable with a lot of experience in realestate. Always updated me on the progress and sold my property for the price I was chasing. Would definitely recommend Rebecca

We were extremely dissatisfied with the experience we had as a buyer. We expected a level of communication and professionalism, but she fell short of it. From starting with making a big mistake in the contract ( which we had to suffer at the end ) to ending with no communication on handing over the keys. As a buyer, everyone will expect some level of professionalism like, to provide the keys at the day of settlements, take some initiative (if on leave the ask another agent on her behave) to meet the buyer at the property to handover to keys. To collect the keys, we had to go to seller’s rental agent, which was another 20 -25min away from the house. At the end, as a buyer, you expect at least a “Welcome” token from the agent after all this but nothing. We had heard really good things about the “Place” real estate, but this is how they provide their services, we will have to think twice next time before we make any decision.

This is the second property that we sold with Rebecca leading the charge. Another fantastic result achieving a sale price that was above expectation and in a concise period of time.

Working with Rebecca on thr purchase of our lovely home was an absolute pleasure. Her knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence in my investment. Highly recommend Rebecca to any prospective sellers.

Rebecca was very helpful, professional and proactively communicated

We found Rebecca to be extremely professional friendly and very quick to answer any of that questions that we did have. She did actually push the buyer up as much as she could and we were very happy with the settlement price. She worked hand-in-hand with our property manager and was able to get the house in order for the sale of the property. Rebecca is passionate and loves her work. She comes with our seal of approval and high recommendation. I wish her many successful years in her career. If you have found Rebecca to sell your property no need to look any further.

We engaged Rebecca to sell our investment property in Raby Bay and both the service and the result were first class. Communication was considered, timely and accurate, and we achieved a result that was above expectation.

I can highly recommend Rebecca. She helped me sell a property within days of it being listed and the first opening for a price that exceeded my expectations

Rebecca was a pleasure to work with. Made the process of selling our investment property so pain free. Explained every step very clearly and achieved a great selling price for our home. Highly recommend and will be using her again for our next sale.

Rebbeca helped me and my daughters to sell our house from the very start. From taking first initial phone calls to settling the new owners to our home. She is very committed, communicative and caring for both buyers and sellers.
