I found Renea very helpful and caring from day 1. I talked to many agents in the lead up in the sale of my parents' estate, and I felt that Renea would care for both parties being honest and upfront with everything, but due to certain circumstances I had to choose a bigger franchised agent in the first instance, which did not meet any of our expectations and we cancelled after 28days. Most agents once you sign with just push their agenda expecting us to pay for all the marketing upfront advertising themselves and their agency and quickly try and do an off-market sale which can leave you thousands of dollars out of pocket. Renea stayed true to her word and went above and beyond with open houses and inspections, so we achieved a great price, as did the new owners get a good deal. Very satisfied with the sale outcome and all communication from day one, I would definitely refer others too her.

We were initially hesitant to list our property with Renea, as there is another agent who is very well known, and has something of a ‘monopoly’ with the sales listings in our area. However, Renea came highly recommended, and had some strong, consistent, recent results. Now that our property has sold, we are so very happy we went with Renea, and don’t have any regrets at all. We got a great result - Renea did a fantastic job in securing the sale - especially given the recent tough market conditions (rates and reduced prospective buyers.) Our buying experience with Renea has been a very positive experience. She had great knowledge of the property she was selling.
