Recently I had to sell my mum's house so she could go into nursing care as she now has Dementia. It was a sad time but thanks to Renee it was a stress free process. Mum's house had always been well maintained but was dated, so with Renee's expert knowledge of the market & potential buyers in the area, she went out of her way to help me stage & modernise the house. She provided furnishings, ornaments, pictures & personally decorated it, all in her own time & at no extra cost to me. Staging usually can cost around $2,000. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house sold in 5 days & for over asking price. Renee is so caring & genuine & definitely there for her client. I was so lucky to have Renee as my agent & is the only agent I would ever deal with.
