Being first time sellers of a property we invited multiple agents to see our house and provide valuations so that we could understand where we sit in the market. Reuben outshone the other agents by providing a vision of how best to market our home and he listened intently and respectfully answered our inexperienced real estate questions which built trust. Furthermore, Reuben’s friendly nature made us feel at ease. Prior to our open house a clear timeline was provided to prepare and as I am not a handyman, Reuben helped negotiate, arrange and oversee the repairs/polish needed to spruce up the house by a tradesman.
