Rhys walked the walk and talked the talk. He was dynamic and driven, very confident without being arrogant. What we liked about him was that he was personally invested, always available and quick to respond to any queries we had without question. He provided feedback quickly or sent messages when he was unable to get through to us (when we were not available). Integrity is very lucky to have an employee who is so responsive. I have lived and worked in many countries over the last 40 years. My experience with the genus "real estate agent" has often been less than satisfactory. Rhys Bennett is an absolute exception. Our task was to sell the home of a deceased relative in a location I was not particularly familiar with. From our first meeting Rhys quietly inspired confidence. Despite probate being delayed Rhys began to show the property to a large range of possible buyers. His reports to me included a written summary of the specific reaction of every potential buyer. This gave me a broad understanding of the market. Rhys also surprised me by rapidly developing an understanding of the "nuts and bolts" of the property. The sale closed on the first possible day after probate etc. I consider my meeting Rhys an exceptional stroke of good fortune.
