He always got back to me as soon as he could if he was ever out on another job, and willing to provide feedback whenever I had queries. He wasn't a pushy agent and had a fairly quiet demeanour, yet exuded a positive confidence that had me quip that he would have found something positive had he been on deck of the sinking Titanic. I found him to be totally trust worthy which is not always a characteristic I've noticed with other agents I've dealt with. I the whole team under Rhy's wing were courteous, competent and helpful, so I would have no hesitation in recommending Rhys and his team to others as my choice of Real Estate Agent.
