We have been fortunate enough to experience Rhys Nuttall's expertise as a Real Estate Agent from 'both sides of the fence!' As potential purchasers some years ago we first met Rhys due to one of his listings we were interested in. We found him to be instantly warm, approachable and he endeavoured to help us find the right property (which we did!) due to his questions and genuine interest in what we were looking for. He didn't waste our time or the vendors on what wasn't within our budget or bucket list!
