Rhys was always had his finger on the pulse when it came to the property market. He was always approachable and connected well with potential buyers. There was a healthy number of inspection days to view the property and he diligently followed up with all inspecting groups. We were always kept updated after each open. Great advise to persist with the auction despite us being keen to consider offers prior. Having the auction did not cost us a penny more as the team had an in house auctioneer. This lovely man was highly recommended to me by a friend who thought he would do a great job selling my house. Well, that was not quite right....he did a most fantastic job while giving his all to get to the reserve price we were after. Many times we even thought he went above & beyond what was called for. Even while there were many times we felt disheartened, his positive attitude continued relentlessly, keeping our stress levels manageable. His young age does not disadvantage him in the least. One can easily tell by his demeanour that he loves his work greatly and will put in every effort to make the experience a positive outcome for all concerned. I have observed him with clients, colleagues, bosses etc in both professional and casual settings and find that he is trusted and respected by all he comes in contact with. He appears to be a good team player, as well as being able to take charge at a moments notice.
