Rhys was always had his finger on the pulse when it came to the property market. He was always approachable and connected well with potential buyers. There was a healthy number of inspection days to view the property and he diligently followed up with all inspecting groups. We were always kept updated after each open. Great advise to persist with the auction despite us being keen to consider offers prior. Having the auction did not cost us a penny more as the team had an in house auctioneer.
