From the moment we first met Rhys he struck us as a genuine "down to earth" (as cliche as that sounds) kind of guy. After a brief discussion about the area and some of the current and recent sale prices Rhys surprised us by asking how much we wanted for our home which I thought was really nice. Instead of a statement of "this is about what it's worth", the simple question of "how much would you like?" seemed far more appealing to us. The whole process went very smoothly, both Rhys and Jordy were professional and highly communicative throughout.
